- The Encyclopedia of Playing Card Flourishes “Performance Dvd” Parts One and Two – both signed by Jerry Cestkowski.

Manipulation DVD Bundle:

- Cradle to Grave 3rd edition – signed by De’vo
- The Cobra Collection 1st edition – includes signed card by De’vo.
- Xtreme Beginnerz feat. Jeff McBride, Daryl, Crack Irwin and Q also includes a signed card by De’vo.

The real ones are to the left and the fake ones are always to the right.
You can see some glue sticking out of the cellowrapping and some minor differences in the seal but they are very well replicated so watch out.

It seems like those Jerry’s Nuggets ARE worth that much.

I bidded on them, without any hope, about $900 to see where they would go, and to my surprise they ended up for more than the original buy it now price, which was $1500.

What would you buy with all that money?

I think this is the most bizarre auction i’ve seen at eBay card-wise. Can you find any other interesting one? Just leave a comment.

PS: This guy magicmagicmichael got luck, he might sell them individualy for about $200 each so that’s $2400 for him… maybe more. Do you know him? tell him to come here to laugh at us.

Today i stumbled upon an auction for a brick of Jerry’s Nugget Casino playing cards at eBay.

For those of you that are not familiar with the terminology, a brick means a case of twelve decks of playing cards not the cubic piece of concrete used to build the casino back in the days.

The funny thing is that this so called brick is up for grabs for $1500 (USD) if you buy it now, a hilarious amount of money for any average card punk like everyone of us.

But lets take a closer look at the price…

1500/12 equals $125 for each sealed deck which, considering the prices they are being sold lately, it’s quite cheap actually.

We all saw these decks sell for over 250 bucks each, and we keep seeing this like every day.

Of course you can get an opened pack for much less but if you plan on reselling them in some years this could be your way to start, i mean, it’s now or never.

Lee Asher commented somewhere in this blog that he used to buy these decks for .50 at the Jerry’s Nugget casino back then but now you wont see them for less than $150 easily.

If you dont trust me you can always go to eBay and search for finished items and you’ll see what i’m talking about.

In this trailer we all saw a while back, Daniel Madison and RichardZ from CardistRZ showoff Theory11′s Centurions deck of cards.
I didn’t try them myself yet and I didn’t like them much the first day I saw the design but after some re-thinking I can re-classify them as “decent looking cards”.
Of course this is my personal opinion and nobody will ever share my exact tastes, but anyway… whether you like them or not im going to make another post about them because they, and Theory11, deserve it.

This cards can be purchased at theory11′s playing card section for 4,95$ a deck and some discounts if you buy them in bulk plus shipping.

There is, and there will always be, another way of getting these cards and it is eBay. For those of you addicted to auctions just like me you can find these cards slightly cheaper sometimes, for example, as part of a collectors lot.

My favourite way, if im not going to order any of the other T11′s products, would be using Aceking’s eBay Store.

The back design is Aristocrat #1, a.k.a. Bank Note back. The name comes from when Russell Playing Card Co. acquired American Bank Note Co. in about 1914. American Bank Note Co. was shutting down their playing card production and Russell was just emerging from a near bankruptcy. For decades, these decks have been held in the highest regard, and they are some of the finest decks ever produced.
Only 2-3 sealed decks of Aristocrats appear on eBay in a normal year. Here is your chance to own such a highly-prized deck. The last sealed deck that I auctioned on eBay sold for $130.50, and mint opened decks usually sell for $30-$40.

DUNES Casino Playing Cards, Extremely RARE & Vintage!!
These decks are incredibly rare, and every time I’ve ever sold a deck on eBay it has gone for between $80-$110. The deck does not include a box, and it is a 52 card set from a panguine deck. This means that it is 52 cards made up of only A-7, J-K of each suit. The deck is in gently used condition.
