November 17th, 2009 at 11:21 pm
That’s what pushing the art forward means!
November 17th, 2009 at 11:22 pm
I QUIT.
November 17th, 2009 at 11:32 pm
That’s why I love this art. One the best creative minds. Absolutely sublime.
November 17th, 2009 at 11:38 pm
I came. Twice. HARD.
Amazing.
November 18th, 2009 at 12:10 am
tons of creativity! Every move was something new. loved the spins and , double/opp way spins, the armspread ideas , and the cuts were just totally new to me! Many moves made me say “oh!” out loud.
some of the execution was a bit sloppy but I didn’t really care that much , I could see the greatness of the ideas! And I wouldn’t expect tallyho’s from 1980 to fan evenly every time anyways. ;-)
Anyways crazy sick vid Dimitri I havent seen something this ill since Seb’s vid!
5 stars, btw those masks all over + the opera music made my fiance go “what the fuck are you watching???” when she looked over.
November 18th, 2009 at 12:32 am
oh my.
November 18th, 2009 at 1:32 am
I knew Dimitri was working on a video…and I knew it’d be good…but this good…noooo way.
honestly most creative video I’ve seen since the’me, but this one might beat that out for shear craziness.
And the double vireck/sss/whatever the hell they call squares nowadays…I heard you’ve done it but never thought I’d see it on video…craaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaazy
November 18th, 2009 at 1:56 am

November 18th, 2009 at 2:15 am

November 18th, 2009 at 3:35 am
This guy is C R E A T I V E!!!!!!!
November 18th, 2009 at 3:40 am
Unbelievable skills-an absolute gift. However, under NO circumstances should a normal flourish video be over 2 minutes long. This video was absolutely way too long.

November 18th, 2009 at 3:51 am
Don’t know what to say. This was just too amazing. I haven’t seen a video this good in a long time. 10/5 stars.
November 18th, 2009 at 3:55 am
love the smooth elegent style
November 18th, 2009 at 4:44 am
Have to agree with michaelherp… way too long. There was some really inspirational content in this video! Well done. There was also stuff that I drummed my fingers through, but you can’t please everyone I suppose.
Overall, interesting video, like the choice in music, keep on being creative!!! Super fun to watch.

Hey Dimitri,
You possess divergent creativity, which was a gust of fresh air amidst these times. Amazing.
Otherwise, this video has the quality to ignore the variable of time. Everything builds up to a beautiful medley of refreshing motions, slow but steadily.
Keep it up!

November 18th, 2009 at 6:55 pm
Someone please get a broom to sweep my jaw off of the floor. I am in awe, pure awe. The moves, the music, the editing, and did I mention the moves? As Nebelfuchs said, this is moving the art forward.
I knew he was great, this simply proves it in five minutes.
Please keep them coming.

November 19th, 2009 at 3:54 am
An inspiration for everyone. The recent videos are now displaying why flourishing is truly an art.
You are a great group of people that simply keep improving and moving the art form to new levels. I am proud of you all.
I am a 67 year old retiree that simply loves to watch the development of all the arts. I am awed at how fast this form has developed.
Sincerely,
Doug James
November 19th, 2009 at 4:11 am
such an art that inspired me!! 6 star!
November 19th, 2009 at 4:19 am
i Soiled myself halfway through the video… i cried at the end.
November 19th, 2009 at 4:37 am
nice
November 19th, 2009 at 6:55 am
This had to be the best video I have ever seen!!! The moves were not flourishes, but works of art! It’s incredible to see such an amazing flourisher whose in a league of his own, with amazing creativity and variety that we’ve not seen the likes of until now. It seems implausible that anyone would rate this less than 5 stars, highlighting the only thing I dislike about this great blog – the harshness of the ratings the videos receive. This really was an opera of awe-inspiring excellence, thank you for sharing with us this amazing video.
Sincerely,
Jackson Jarvis

If the stuff you have been doing for years is only worth 2/5, why do it then?
