Dan and Dave – Smoke and Mirror Card Boxes

These pics have been uploaded to Dan and Dave‘s myspace page a few hours ago.
It seems that we’ll have to wait 3 more days to see the real look of the cards although the feel has already been confirmed as Aristocrat stock.
As far as i’ve seen they don’t look THAT good to me, probably the ace of spades set the bar too high and then i got a bit disappointed with the joker and the boxes.

It took me a while to figure out what the Scroll work said. (Playing cards)
The box is fairly good, but it does look a bit bland.

I agree 100%.
The ace of spades looked awesome, but the jokers and the boxes look like crap.
I’ll probably still buy them though, only if they’re reasonably priced.

I like the Ace and the Doker ^^ But the boxes are not that nice. Let’s hope the rest will be good…

I like the box, frankly. They look VERY classy, and that appeals to me. While I do agree that they do not match the style of the ace, I will wait to see the whole deck before I make final judgement.

The boxes do look a little old-fashioned. I personally don’t like it, but I’m sure other people might. I’ll need to see the back design before I decide whether to get it or not.
