Black “Jerry’s Nugget” Playing Cards Reprint
Posted on: July 20, 2008As stated in www.PlayingCardCollectors.com.
Some people thought they would never be reprinted again but Michael claims that he somehow managed to get a small lot of them in black color from the USPCC. Isn’t this against any copyright law?
I’m not sure if the stock and finish is the same as the original but i doubt it, though they seem to fan pretty much like the original ones…
As he said they’ll be sold at eBay in plastic boxes.
Thanks to Michael Herp for this video and for making the reprint possible.

USPCC does not print 3 packs for someone. Especially when they don’t own the copyright on these cards. Sorry Michael Herp but ‘talk is cheap’.
Life is too short to own fake Jerry’s Nugget playing cards!

I know where to get them… I think. I know where to get any back printed, 3 decks, get the 3rd one free, 19.95 each by the USPCC. Don’t know how good the stock is though.

You can obtain short-run prints over at Kardwell.com, but it’s not USPCC stock, finish, or everything else.
Again, the USPCC does not print three decks for individual customers. Sorry.
Either way, this guy is trying to sell something that’s not real Jerry’s Nugget playing cards.
Why waste your time?

Jerry’s Nuggets don’t even look that cool. Making them black makes them look stupid.

Quoted off their site:
‘By submitting this photo for use in my order of Bicycle personalized playing cards, I am attesting that this is a rights free image and not the property of an asset-managed site, photographer or licensed property.’
However, if you do choose to break copyright laws, know that you’re getting the worst non-casino grade stock, and the crappiest finish. This all makes for a less-than-desirable end result.
Again, acting like these fakes are the real McCoy is shameful.

acouple things i noticed. well first of all the jerry nugget feel isn’t gunna be reprinted due to enviormental reason. (thank you wikipedia) second, idk if anyone noticed but u can c the bycicle joker on the bottom of the deck. so there’s my 2 cents

Thank you for the nasty comments guys. These were indeed printed by USPCC and I have not broken copyright laws by scanning a real Jerry. The actual back design hasn’t been printed for nearly 30 years and there’s no way copyright laws last that long. Whether the actually Jerry’s Tower is copyrighted I do not know, but you cannot say for sure if this pertains to the back design or not. As I stated in the video, these are not the ‘real Mccoy’ and I stated that the finish is just ‘okay’, not anything like Jerry’s. I just wanted to print a deck almost as cool as the real thing; there’s nothing shameful about that. Loosen up guys!
