Alejandro Portela – Queens
Posted on: June 23, 2008Here is a performance video I made right when The Trilogy by Dan and Dave came out of their magic trick Queens.
I didn’t want to make it public back then because of the clipshift in the last vanish but now that Chad Nelson is releasing his Surfaced DVD i guess this is not a problem anymore.

what call the change at the end ? because on the trilogy they dont teach this change !

@me not at all. im just saying i made it long ago and my handling got better since then. Im happy with the video though.

actauly overall the performace was quite good, there was a few flashes, but hey even DnD flash… and avoid using “misdirection” for the clipshift (the little finger pointing thing)

I like your “handling” on this trick, Alejandro. When i say handling, i mean the way that you are showing the trick, or the way that you “control” the cards on your own way. Thats unique, i think. Good job. And yes, you can be all happy with this video ;)

that was a very smooth, well timed performance that had a great flow. nothing rushed, and nothing jerky to cause suspicion. loved the clipshift. cant wait to see how much better youve gotten with it with it now. once again, excellent performance.

I liked the video. Everything fitted well.
About the flashes: Well, if people don’t know the Queens trick – especially laymen – I thinkg they still wouldn’t know how it works.
