DOWNLOAD IT HERE:

Instructions: unrar the files to the pendrive’s root folder. You can hide them in properties (recommended). The icon will show up as soon as you plug the portable device.

If you want to change the label (in this case is my blog’s url) you can edit the autorun.inf file with the notepad and change that line (very easy).
