Do you remember Cardshark88′s Shapeshifter tutorial?
This morning i received this email from youtube:

I’m just freaking out! My
video WAS NOT A TUTORIAL and didn’t even expose the trick. If any of you have seen it you can say the performance was just smooth, no way of copyright infringement.
I want your thoughts on this.
What’s next?
Shall we move to another video host such as metacafe, dailymotion, motiono…?
I think i’ll be posting a video similar to Dan’s and i want to reach 6000 comments (lisinka3!) ^^,

i forgot to reply to ur other message thing bout this, so i’ll post here.
i rekn, you should speak to ellusionist. Ask for their reason for requesting your video be removed. And mention that it wasnt even a tutorial, just a performance…like all the other performances out their (many of which are shitty and basicaly reveal the secret)

i think i know why it got banned..the title of the vid was “thecuso’s perfect coin vanish(revolution)” the title in itself claims that you own revolution,(or that its your trick)..
i know thats not what you meant..but thats why it got banned im pretty sure

El problema fue que el titulo que le pusiste al video hace pensar que el truco es tuyo, por eso violas el copyright.
me ha gustado mucho este blog. Soy de Santiago de Chile y me encanta hacer magia, y con tu blog he aprendido algunos XCM que sirven mucho para que te tomen esnserio como mago.

Damn that is fucking messed up, there is no indication at all that u are even atempting to show anyone anything, if ur vid got banned, then so should everyone else who has a video of them performing a magic trick. BRING YOUTUBE DOWN!!!
